Updates
What's new
Changes to the site and games.
25 October 2026
- Cat Quiz Show (beta): a new buzzer quiz for 1-8 players with a cat presenter. Pick a question on the board, buzz in first and type your answer: the cat checks it, near misses go to a player vote, and a spectator can present instead. There are cat-in-the-bag questions, auctions, no-risk questions and a final with secret wagers. The bank holds 288 categories and 72 finals in each language, including pictures, sounds, tunes and Morse code. In a private room you can play your own SIGame pack (.siq) with all its question types, pictures, sound and video, or build a pack in the editor on the site.
- Every game now has the same lobby, and in Wheel of Purrtune the settings moved under the studio with the cat presenter.
- A new background pattern: one drawing for each game, all in one style.
- Home page: refreshed game cards, and the whole card is now clickable.

- Wheel of Purrtune (beta): a new word game in the spirit of Wheel of Fortune for 2-6 players with a cat host. Spin the wheel, call letters and solve the word: the wheel has x2, Plus, Bankrupt and a Prize sector with bargaining and a black box, three good moves in a row bring out the caskets, and the winner can play a super game. Over 500 puzzles in each language, or let the players set the puzzles themselves. Gifts for the host go to the museum, with sounds, animations and vibration on phones.
- Monopoly and Meowno: newcomers take a free seat at the table straight away, and the lobby now has a single player list with the host menu.
- All games: higher contrast text, a clear focus outline on inputs and an event log you can scroll with the keyboard.
- A new privacy page explains what the site stores, where and why. The link is at the bottom of every page.
21 October 2026
- Meowno (beta): a new UNO style card game about cats in space for 2-8 players. Be the first to get rid of your cards and press "Meowno!" when one is left, or your rivals press "Catch!" and you draw 2. Play a quick one-round game or a classic match up to 200, 300 or 500 points, and the host can switch on house rules: stacking, jump-in, seven and zero, draw until it matches. Only you see your hand, cards you cannot play are dimmed, and there are animations, sounds, vibration on phones, emoji reactions and a celebration for the winner.
- Monopoly: the match opens with a roll for turn order, rent is paid by the player with a button and a trade can be arranged first, plus a Surrender action, a My properties panel, a match summary and emoji reactions. House rules: double salary for landing exactly on Go and rent from the vet clinic. The bank holds 32 boxes and 12 palaces, owned cells show the current rent and payments are announced to both sides.
- Alias: the game ends once a team reaches the goal at the end of a full round of teams. The host can shuffle teams, the last word after the timer is never penalised. Themed packs (movies, food, countries, animals) and a custom word set are in, and school subjects moved to the normal set.
- Alias: refreshed room look - a timer ring, team colours, a word card with big buttons, a live round score and a round history.
- All games: an Invite button with the link, sending to Telegram and copying an invitation for Discord.
- All lobbies now show the animated game pictogram in the header, as on the home page.
20 October 2026
- Monopoly (beta): a new game about cats in space. 40 cells, trades, building, mortgages, optional auctions, a time limit and a win by net worth. 2 to 6 players at the table.
19 October 2026
- Alias: the "Next" button is now "Guessed" (+1), and Skip shows what it costs - 0, or -1 if the host turns on "Skip costs a point".
- Alias: when time runs out the explainer marks the last word as guessed or skipped instead of it counting automatically.
- Alias: after a round you can see how many points the team scored in it.
- Codenames on phones: the board is a proper 5 by 5 grid and the captain gives the clue right in the pinned turn banner.
- Host actions for a player are now in one menu with clear labels, and you are told why a round or game cannot start yet.
- Confirmations and errors now appear inside the site instead of browser pop-ups, and rooms have a sound toggle.
- Buttons on phones are larger and easier to tap.
7 September 2026
- Codenames: the turn banner is now pinned to the top of the page. You can always see whose turn it is, whether the captain is giving a clue or the team is guessing, and how much time is left.
- Codenames: revealing your own agent gives the team 10 extra seconds.
- Codenames: while the captain thinks up a clue the team cannot reveal cards - that time is theirs.
- Codenames: the host can shuffle the teams, drag a player into the other team or into the spectators, and set how long the clue and guessing stages run.
- Codenames: a round log now sits next to the chat with clues, revealed cards and turn changes.
- Codenames: tapping a card nudges it for everyone, even when it is not your turn.
- Codenames: once the round is over every card colour is shown to everyone, not just the captains.
- Codenames: the board can be walked with the arrow keys and cards now carry screen reader labels.
- Codenames: the word list has more than doubled.
7 July 2026
- Codenames: a new Images mode - surreal pictures instead of words. Hold the left mouse button on a card to take a closer look.
- A refreshed look: calmer colours, tidier panels and a subtle background pattern.
2 February 2026
- Live player and room stats on the home page.
1 February 2026
