Privacy policy

There are no accounts, ads or third-party trackers on this site. This page explains what data we keep and why.

Updated 25 October 2026

What you tell us

  • Your nickname. Players in the room can see it, and the host nickname of a public room is shown in the room list.
  • Chat messages, moves and reactions. Everyone in the room can see them.
  • Your own Alias words, your own Wheel of Purrtune puzzles and your Cat Quiz Show packs.

What the server keeps

  • While a room is active, the server keeps its state: nicknames, scores, game progress and recent chat messages.
  • After 6 hours without activity a room is deleted along with everything in it.
  • Pictures, sound and video from a pack the host loads into Cat Quiz Show. The server strips hidden details from them, such as where a photo was taken. The files are kept in storage in the European Union, only people in the room can see them, and they are deleted along with the room, at the latest after 2 days.
  • The server keeps a technical log of IP addresses, times, opened pages and browser details. It helps us fight abuse and find bugs, and it is deleted after 10 days.

Visit statistics

  • We count visits with our own statistics system. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
  • It records which pages are opened and where visitors come from, browser language, device and browser type, screen size, and country and city. Your IP address itself is not stored in the statistics.
  • We also record the main actions in games: creating and joining a room, invitations, starting and finishing a game, working with question packs. They carry only general details such as the game, the number of players, the room settings and an error if something went wrong.
  • Nicknames, chat messages, words, pack names, questions and files never reach the statistics. We only look at overall numbers to see what people play and what is worth improving.

What your browser keeps

  • Your nickname, so we do not ask for it every time.
  • Your language and settings: sound, cursor and the Monopoly camera.
  • Your own Alias words and your Cat Quiz Show packs with their files.
  • Technical data for reconnecting to a room and keeping host rights.
  • All of this is needed for the site to work, and there are no advertising cookies. You can delete it in your browser settings.

Who receives your data

  • The site, rooms and statistics run on our server in the European Union.
  • We do not sell or hand over data to third parties.
  • The "Send to Telegram" button opens Telegram, and its own rules apply from there.

Your rights

  • You can delete site data in your browser at any time, and rooms delete themselves.
  • If you want to know what data we have about you, or to correct or delete it, write to us. Statistics are not tied to nicknames, so finding a particular person in them is usually impossible.

Changes

  • If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top, and mention notable changes in "What's new".
